Our stay was fantastic - the staff was extremely helpful, the room was pristine with a comfortable bed, and the location was convenient for everything we needed.

Floor went dearly and dinning area was messy and food not displayed in an attractive manner.. Awkward location of items--hot/cold items close together and utensils were hard to find. Coffee was gross and tables were not being wiped off in between. Nothing about it made you want to partake in it except that it was included in the price.

Newly renovated and great place, I appreciated to be here.
Perfect location of the hotel near a main highway exit. The room was brand-new and updated with microwave as well as shampoo as expected. The staff were excellent and outstandingly accommodating all the time...

Staff helpful, located right off freeway, quick trip from airport, even though i saw a train track was super quiet. Breakfast has multiple options hot and cold and all fresh and clean.
check in was a small hassle. perhaps a 2nd employee at 3pm when a dozen ppl are all trying to check in at the same time.

I had a good experience here. The location was easy, close enough to the airport, restaurants, and downtown in about 20 minutes. The room I booked was available with a fridge.

Horrible staff! There was a loud neighbor above and when i called the front desk Rudy the guy was raising his tone of voice and didn't do anything about it. He said that the guy above doesn't do anything and that the noise doesn't come from him. I had to call the front desk 4 times. Rudy tried to convince me that there's no noise coming from anyone and he was yelling at me on the phone! The guy above us didn't stop running around like an elephant till 3 am. The next morning Rudy didn't even apologized or said anything to make it right. Unprofessional poor customer service! Bad attitude! Try to avoid this place at any cost! Bad neighborhood.

The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The staff, particularly the night shift front desk staff and the room service lady, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to parks and a nearby convenience store.
Everything was fantastic.
